Children's Charities
Statistics say that in any one given year 70-80 percent of Americans give to non-profits. That piece of information is both impressive and inspiring.
At the same time one of our greatest ongoing tragedies is the many children who must face devastating illness and hardship daily through no cause of their own. The hurdles for these children are vast and varied ranging from congenital disease to cardiovascular disease, from physical illness to mental illness, not to mention the socioeconomic challenges they may needlessly endure every day.
Every child is born with wide-eyed optimism and they deserve the chance to realize their potential. The children who suffer such unimaginable setbacks need the support of charities and kind people like you to help them and their families who face crippling financial and emotional devastation on a continual basis.
There are quite a number of excellent Charities that are dedicated to and provide for immediate critical needs, ongoing funding of research to develop cures, and help to assist and alleviate the needs of the families that care for their child in need. The list below includes charities that focus on health and critical illness but keep in mind that there are many other types of charities that dedicate their organization and purpose to children with social and human service needs as well as those of an educational nature. Remember good giving starts with establishing a good basic plan to guide you.
Please take the time to discover these and the many great organizations out there.
